The tickets cost AUD18 each. Lil' Angel had to buy a ticket too...
Another shot with the Harbour Bridge...
Now a picture with the Opera House...
I wonder what she was staring at...
Mommy, can we go in already? It's getting hot...
Souvenir shop in the Opera House...
We were finally let into the Hall...
The kids were all waiting eagerly for the performance to start...
Lil' Angel was looking at everything around her...
No pictures of the performance as photo taking was not allowed. Anyway Lil' Angel didn't really enjoy the performance. Think she is still a little young to appreciate Jazz music and she found it a tad too loud! But she was fascinated with all the instruments so I brought her to see and feel the drums, trumpets etc after the performance...
The kids could mingle with the musicians and play with the instruments after the performance...
Lil' Angel likes beating the drums...
And playing with the chairs too...
She still has her eyes on the drum...
There she goes thumping on the drum again...
Lil' Angel was intrigued by the trumpeter blowing the trumpet...
End of performance...off to find Daddy! Daddy went to the Rocks while waiting for us...
As always, Lil' Angel goes running off...
She just kept on walking, not even bothering to check if Mommy is nearby!
After meeting Daddy, we drove and parked at Chinatown, had lunch at Pho Pasteur for my favourite Vietnamese Beef Pho, shopped at Paddy's Market and Market City. Then we walked towards Pitt Street Mall. It's like a ritual...I MUST walk from Chinatown to Pitt Street Mall every time I am here. It's weird, don't ask me why. But Daddy didn't like the walk. He complains that it is so far, there's nothing to see...blah blah blah...
Mommy is Happy! This is Lil' Angel's first visit to the Queen Victoria Building...so I brought her upstairs to see the QVB Turret Clock. It chimes every hour and there's a little "show" to see too..
Lil' Angel trying to get a better view of the show...
One of the shops selling cute life like puppies...Lil' Angel got all excited and she went "Woof" "Woof"...
Pitt Street Mall. After that, we decided to head to Kingsford for dinner at my favourite restaurant...
We are at Kingsford! The apartment in the background was where I used to live when I was studying at the University of New South Wales. The Uni was just opposite the apartment...
See the yellow sign? It's where the Kingsford Chinese Restaurant is...it's almost every student's favourite Chinese Restaurant...
Ooooohhhh...the best Jing Du Pork Ribs! It dawned upon me that I have not eaten here for sooooo long...maybe since 2000...the year that I graduated! Surprisingly, the price is still almost he same and the standard is just as good!
Since it's our last full day in Sydney, we decided to maximise the day. We headed to Lady's Macquarie's Chair to see the Opera House and Harbour Bridge after dinner...
Lil' Angel wanted to go near them!
Beautiful view of the Sydney Landmarks at sunset...
