Lunch & Shopping At IMM...

After being home for a good part of the week, we decided to go out! Seems like we can't stay in for long! We started our day early today - sending Daddy to work, then spending a good part of the morning at YiYi's place as they just got a new dog so we were excited to go and see the doggie and then popping by Lil' Cherelle's place for awhile before heading to IMM for lunch and shopping!
After lunch at MOS Burger, we went to FOX as there was an on-going sale...
The Both Of Them Having Fun Trying Out The Hair Bands!
As I was browsing through the clothes, I suddenly saw some ladies looking at Lil' Angel and overheard them saying in amazement (oh...and in Mandarin too) - "Wow...so young and she knows how to doll herself! Soooo cute!!!"
Cos Lil' Angel was standing at the rack where all the accessories were and she chose a hairband, put it on her head and after that, she kept asking for a mirror!! It was pretty hilarious indeed!
Having Fun On The Kiddy Ride!
These kiddy rides are good...there are two steering wheels so there was no fighting! After awhile, Lil' Angel decided that driving the bus with her feet was fun...and Lil' Cherelle followed her too!
Lil' Cherelle had fun feeding Lil' Angel snacks!
Just as well since one likes to feed and the other likes to eat!

Play Date With Lil' Leon...

It's Lil' Leon's turn to come over this morning to play with Lil' Angel! She's really one lucky girl...she is blessed with so many friends...and she is always so happy to have her lil' friends over! However, she doesn't always share her toys...
The two kids messing around with Mommy's lappy! When did my laptop become a toy??
Scribble Scribble Scribble!

Thanks to Lil' Leon for giving the markers cum stampers to Lil' Angel! The both of them had loads of fun scribbling!

Checking out each other's drawings!

Play Date With Lil' Cherelle...

Lil' Cherelle and Aunty Cynthia came over this morning to play. We are so sick of going out all the time so it's a nice change to have our playdate at home. Mommy prepared lunch for the two kids while Aunty Cynthia "supervised" them and also doubled up as the photographer!
Sorting the yummy & colourful counters...

Sorting according to the food types...Cakes, Cookies, Doughnuts, Muffins and Pies....

Playing with the keyboard...

Lil' Cherelle enjoyed Mommy's cooking and finished a BIG bowl of rice and soup...and had a second helping too! Mommy is so happy that her cooking is appreciated...after all, kids at this age don't LIE...
Lil' Cherelle enjoying the Mango-Banana-Blueberry Smoothie that Mommy blended...

Lil' Angel enjoying the smoothie too!

Play Date with Lil' Cayden & Jayven!

Lil' Angel is a happy girl today cos Lil' Cayden and Jayven came over to play with her! It's so hard to bring Lil' Angel out to meet her Lil' Friends nowadays as she will throw tantrums, unwilling to sit in her stroller, cannot sit still during meals or wants to run around...so I actually prefer playdates at home!

Having fun with Lil' Cayden in the garden while Baby Jayven was asleep...
Handsome Jayven is awake! He had fun too in the playroom with the 2 older ones before his nap!

Aunty Belinda got this very pretty dress from Zara for me! No Occasion...she just thought that it was a very pretty dress so she got it for me! Thank you Aunty Belinda! *Muackz!*

Care Bears...

There's a Care Bears Meet & Greet Session at the Airport so we decided to go and catch them in action and have dinner at the airport as well. We arrived at 7pm...which was the time of the "show" so we caught them first before having our dinner...

It was indeed just a Meet & Greet Session! They only sang one song and then it was the photo taking session. And we thought there would be a performance...like Dora & Friends when they were here last month!
As we haven't spent any money at the airport yet, Lil' Angel couldn't take pictures with the Care Bears. Oh well...guess the backdrop will do just fine!

Awwwwwwwwww...

After class today, we popped by Aunty Jane's place to visit her and see Baby Zachary who is barely three weeks old! Baby Zac is sooooo cute but we didn't manage to take any pictures of him as our camera ran out of battery! Never mind, we will visit them again...and soon!

I didn't carry Baby Zac as I was afraid that Lil' Angel will be jealous and start acting up again. But Lil' Angel did seem to like the baby...she kept looking at him and told me that she likes Baby Zac! Hmmm...but then again, it may be a different story if I carried him...

After our visit, we went to Holland Village to grab some groceries. I was pushing Lil' Angel in the shopping cart when my lil' toe accidentally hit the wheel of the cart! OooooOOoooohhhhh...it was pretty painful and I went OoooOOhhhOoooohhh AhHHHhhhahhh (yeah...sounded alittle like a Gorilla) for awhile.

As I was changing Lil' Angel when we got home, she spotted my little toe and said in the most empathising tone..."Mommy's toe hit trolley, painful! Cait Cait pat pat and sayang Mommy..." and she went on to stroke my lil' toe...*awwwwwwwwwwwwwww...*

My Lil' Angel is so sweeeeet!

Kids Loft Lesson Seven...

And so the weeks are flying by so quickly...today's class will be the last for the term! How fast!

During free play session today, she didn't seem interested in any particular toy...so she was playing with almost everything that came her way!
The Kids Hanging Their Name Tags...
At the start of the lesson proper, Teacher Lavina will give the kids their name tags to hang on the board. Lil' Angel loves her name tag so much that she is unwilling to hang her tag, preferring to hold on to it until Art&Craft time when I will ask her to hang her name tag in exchange for the apron...it works!
Today's story is "If You Are Happy And You Know It". It's about the different animals doing different actions...with very nice illustrations! All the animals that were featured in the story made their grand appearance at the end of the book. Hmmm...Teacher Lavina told the kids that one animal seemed to be missing from the story...which was the ZEBRA!

So the theme for today's Art&Craft will be on the Zebra...
Teacher Lavina was showing the kids how to draw stripes on the "Stripe-less Zebra"...
It's their turn now! The kids are waiting patiently for Teacher Lavina to distribute the crayons to them...
All Mine!
Lil' Angel was happy to get her set of crayons!

She didn't seem very interested in today's craft! She would only draw the stripes with me holding on to her hand...
Our Rainbow Zebra!
The only stripe that Lil' Angel drew on her own was the Green Stripe!

Showing off our Colourful Zebra!
As it's the last lesson today, all the kids contributed goodies for the Snack Party...
Everybody was enjoying all the yummy snacks!
Lil' Angel Holding Lil' Shane's Hands...
It's not very often that Lil' Angel holds hands with other little kids. She prefers holding on to their Mommies' hands rather than the kids! Of course there are exceptions...the only kids' hands that she will hold are those that she sees often or those that she likes. Handsome Lil' Shane is one of the kids that she likes!
At the end of the lesson, Teacher Lavina gave out Certificates to all the children for completing the term!

Lil' Angel admiring her Certificate...
Proudly holding on to her Certificate!
I Love Being In The Hammock!
Before leaving school, I placed Lil' Angel in the hammock and she was delighted! She was so happy and seemed to be enjoying being in it that...
Lil' Jeremy & Lil' Cherelle joined her!
The three of them look so cute together!
Anyway, forgetful Mommy left the Certificate and all Lil' Angel's artwork on the car roof whilst securing Lil' Angel in the car seat and thereafter drove off with everything still on the roof! Luckily, when Mommy called Teacher Lavina to check if the items were still in her compound...she said they were! GREAT! :)

Finger Stamping...

It's a cool & rainy day today...the kind of weather that makes one want to stay home and rot! Stay home we DID but ROT...we DIDN'T! Mommy took out our stamping kit, ink pads and FINGERS! We are going to do Finger Stamping today!

"Our" masterpiece! Mommy did all the stamping actually...Lil' Angel crumpled...or should I say..."CRUSH" the paper (noticed the paper is alittle crushed?)! Hmmmm...maybe she doesn't think highly of my art work!

A better view!
Sigh...can you tell that Mommy is so proud of her work? It's her first time doing finger stamping and she creatively turned them into animals...hahaha!

Ahhh...finally Lil' Angel is admiring Mommy's...erm...Masterpiece!

Trial Class @ The Little Gym...

We got up at 830am this morning...very early by our standard as Lil' Angel was going for a trial gym class with Lil' Cherelle at the Little Gym@Marina Square. The class was scheduled at 1015am...so early! Thanks to Uncle Glen (Lil' Cherelle's Daddy) who kindly drove all of us to Marina Square!

We are at the Little Gym!

We were alittle early so Lil' Angel & Lil' Cherelle did some colouring before class started...
Lil' Angel got impatient and couldn't wait to get into the gym. She was using all her strength to push the door open!

My Lil' Gymnast!
She was so excited mounting and trying out all the equipment when she got into the gym!
Taking a break and looking around to see what she can do next...
Ahhh...crawling through the tunnel is fun...

Check out my cute bum!
Very focused while on the balance beam...
Video of Lil' Angel doing the forward roll...

The 45-minute session was over in a jiffy and the girls had lots of fun swinging, mounting and jumping around. But I doubt I will sign her up for gym class...no point forking out so much money to let her jump around when she is already mounting and jumping on the furniture at home!

There was a newly opened playground outside the gym so it's round TWO for Lil' Angel!

Lil' Cherelle the Cab Driver & Lil' Angel, the Happy Passenger!

Lil' Angel balancing on the See-Saw (told you she doesn't need to go for expensive gym classes!)...

OooooooOOoooHhHHHhh...I am SLIDING DOWN FAST!

After the great morning workout (we mommies worked out too during the class), we went to Imperial Treasure Restaurant for lunch. It was yummy! After lunch, the girls found something interesting to do outside the Restaurant...

They had fun VANDALISING the restaurants' logos on the floor!

Brushing Teeth & *Poooiiiii...*

Though Lil' Angel is still using the Gerber Toddler Toothpaste which doesn't require rinsing after brushing, I am training her to gargle anyway so that she will be ready to use the BIG KIDS toothpaste which requires rinsing.

Current Toothpastes
Yeah, she requires TWO toothbrushes while brushing her teeth...one for Mommy and one for her. She usually has TWO toothbrushes IN her mouth while brushing!
And below is a video of her having fun rinsing her mouth after brushing...
