Taiwan - Day 3...

We left the hotel at a very earthly hour at 930am after breakfast this morning. We headed to a Monastery which was about two hours drive away. As usual, for such long rides, Lil' Angel will almost always fall asleep during the second half of the journey. She will usually still be asleep by the time we arrive at our destination, so its no surprise that she was asleep when we arrived! I didn't bother to wake her as I wasn't very interested in visiting the Monastery so we stayed in the bus again while the rest went to tour the place. I am beginning to wonder if we even went to Taiwan...

After the visit to the Monastery, we proceeded to the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village/ Theme Park! Ahhh...finally something interesting!!

We took the chair lift which was supposed to bring us to the top of the cultural village. The idea was to walk down from the top of the Village where all the cultural exhibits/shows are and finally to the bottom where the theme park is. However, us being us, we took the chair lift up and DOWN again so that we could just aim for the theme park right away!!!

It was really quite thrilling...but Lil' Angel was a brave girl...she wasn't scared, but I don't think she enjoyed the ride very much...

There was a very pretty landscaped Garden which we didn't manage to go cos we spent all our time at the theme park!

After the fun time at the Village, we made our way to our super luxurious Hotel at Sun Moon Lake...Fleur Te Chine Hotel...

And our very own sunken hot tub...we can't wait to soak in the tub!!

Oh...and did I mention that we had a bidet (a toilet bowl that comes equipped with sprays and dryer to wash and dry your bum) and the seat was nicely heated! No wonder Mommy was spending so much time in the toilet! Well, how often does the bum get pampered this way?

Dinner was in the Hotel's Restaurant. It's buffet and the food was very yummy...

There's Yakult for the kids too...but anyone can have it too...

Wooooohhhhh...Salmon Sashimi...Yumz!

After Dinner, we walked around a little then headed back to our room...we can't wait to hit the tub and sheets!
