We stayed at The Lodge at Lincoln Station for two nights and checked out on Monday morning. It was such a refreshing holiday...to be in touch with NATURE...plus lots of SHOPPING too!

Excuse us for the un-made bed. The view from the window is the same as that from the balcony...if only I could wake up to such a magnificent view every morning!
The pancake restaurant in the background looks good...there were lots of people so we decided to go there for breakfast...

We chanced upon this little cafe along the way and there were lots of people (must be good!) so we decided to have our breakfast here instead...
I had a yummy breakfast set consisting of maple linked sausages, eggs, toast and homefries. Lil' Angel is already helping herself to the homefries...
Daddy was disappointed when he saw his burger cos it was small...but it was yummy too!

The flowing river lined with coniferous trees...what a pretty view! I can just stand here the whole day and watch the river flowing...

The weather is just wonderful, the air is fresh and the wind is gently blowing...plus the view of the mountains....ahhhh....this is so so so refreshing! The hills are alive!

Dinner time! We drove to Weathervane Restaurant in Salem for lobsters again! Yes...you can say that we are hooked...
