Hong Kong Day 1...and 3rd Anniversary!

It's Daddy's & Mommy's Third Wedding Anniversary today and we are celebrating by going to Hong Kong! Ok, that's not the MAIN reason why we are flying there...we are going to Hong Kong to celebrate Gou-Gou Melinda's & Uncle Peter's Wedding!
We were catching the 11am SQ flight, so we should reach Hong Kong at around 230pm!

Took some pictures in the transit area...Lil' Angel looking at the BIG BIG Aeroplane...she kept saying she wants to sit in the aeroplane before we boarded the plane! She was excited!

Lil' Angel having fun at the playground near the Boarding Gate while waiting to board the plane...

Resting and drinking her water after playing at the playground. Ok...time to board the plane!

This is the first time that Lil' Angel is paying for a seat so we are guaranteed three seats...unlike before where we will be praying hard that nobody takes the seats next to us! We were lucky to get the first row seats...more leg room...heehee. Lil' Angel enjoyed the flight. She got to watch one of her favourite shows - Thomas the Train, eat ice-cream and drink the juices. She didn't want to eat much of her kid's meal so Mommy ate it all up. It was spaghetti...and it was quite yummy!

We have landed! Lil' Angel checking out the airport! After claiming our luggage, we took a cab to our hotel - Novotel Hong Kong Nathan Road Kowloon.

The Hotel room. It is a pretty nice hotel with a comfy king-sized bed and pillow menu! Great...since we will be staying here for the next five nights...

A better view of the room...

I like the bathroom. Bathrooms are very important to me whenever we stay in hotels! They must at least be new (or look new) and clean. Nicely decorated, clean long baths and nice toiletries will of cos make me happier!

After resting for awhile, we took the MTR to Mong Kok as Mommy wanted to go to Ladies' Street for some cheap buys. After shopping, we decided to go into one of the cafes for dinner cos we were hungry...

Daddy ordered his favourite Diced Chicken with Salted Fish and Mommy had Sweet Sour Pork Ribs. The meal came with soup. Quite yummy!!

One of the rare times where you can see Lil' Angel enjoying her dinner so much!

Lil' Angel, the Fussy and Difficult eater enjoyed the soup lots and she actually finished the bowl of rice that you see in the last picture! Well done! Seemed like she enjoyed the dinner!

Lil' Angel enjoying the Mango Juice!

After dinner, Mommy insisted on getting her favourite mango juice with sago and jelly at Xu Liu San. Seems like someone is competing with Mommy for the drink! Lil' Angel loved the drink so much that she was very reluctant to pass it to Mommy and was eyeing Mommy whenever I took a sip!!
