Lil' Angel has never cut or shaved her locks since she was born. I love her curls and I want to grow her hair longgggg. However, Daddy has been insisting that we should cut Lil' Angel's hair...or at least go for a trim as it is getting a little messy. I finally relented and we decided to bring her to the Little Red Dot at Forum Galleria for her very first haircut!
The Little Red Dot Salon is just like any salon. Lil' Angel didn't even want to go near the chairs, lest have her hair cut! The stylist tried to trick her to sit on the chair by offering her a lollipop and a toy handphone but Lil' Angel still didn't want to get on the chair. We decided to forget about having her hair cut there. Mommy remembered that there's another "salon" in Toys R Us equipped with a personal DVD player for the lil' customers so we decided to give it a try, and bingo! We made the right decision!
Lil' Angel was a little apprehensive about getting onto the chair initially but the temptation of Tom & Jerry playing on the DVD player was just too GREAT...
She made herself very comfortable!
It was finally her turn and the stylist asked if she would like to watch Mickey Playhouse instead. Of cos!!! Lil' Angel loves Mickey Mouse & Gang. She couldn't be any happier!
Lil' Angel didn't really want to let the stylist cut her hair initially but the stylist was so good with her that Lil' Angel allowed her to cut her hair in no time!
Snip...Snip...Snip. The stylist didn't cut much as we wanted to keep as much of Lil' Angel's curls as possible. She just did some layering to Lil' Angel's hair...
And the stylist sprayed some sparklies on her hair! Oh my...was Lil' Angel pleased! Check out her super happy and satisfied look!

Wow...Lil' Angel got a BIG purple balloon too! I love cutting my hair!!! Can I please cut my hair again Mommy???
