Chinatown & Faneuil Hall Marketplace
On Saturday, we headed down to Chinatown for lunch and walked around since we have not explored Chinatown yet. And since we have also not gone to the famous Faneuil Hall Marketplace, we decided to make a trip there too.
When we stepped out of our lobby, we were greeted by lots of snow on the ground as it snowed the whole of Friday. It was a pretty sight indeed since it was freshly fallen snow!
Unfortunately, when we were at Faneuil Hall Marketplace, the camera battery died. Faneuil Hall Marketplace is adjacent to historic Faneuil Hall and is bordered by the financial district, the waterfront, the North End, Government Center and Haymarket. It is a well-traveled part of Boston's "Freedom Trail." The Marketplace is a five-minute walk to the New England Aquarium, The Children's Museum, The Old State House, and Paul Revere's House.
We only managed to capture some pictures at the Harbour...but we'll definitely be back again as I love the Marketplace and we will take more pictures then!

Close Shave!
SIGH...in my last post, I was blogging about the wonders of having a car, right?? Well, what I didn't mention was that I almost got blinded...by the car door!
I was busy unloading the groceries and the baby out of the car when I turned my head really fast and SMACKED right into the corner of the car door! My glasses got the full impact of the hit and it smashed and I got cut!! Ouuuuchhh!!! There was blood dripping from just above my eye! Thank God that I didn't get cut in the eye!
I'm sure you are curious as to where I got cut and how I look now...so there you go...

Long Weekend...
Last Monday was a public holiday - Presidents' Day so we decided to rent a car for the long weekend! It was so much easier to get around - be it shopping, grocery shopping or eating! Our 4 days of car brought us to lots of places...
