Thanks to Serene Gou Gou for getting passes for us to the Omni-Theatre, Lil' Angel caught her first shows at the theatre today. The first show that we caught was "Under The Sea".
Lil' Angel enjoyed the show very much and there couldn't be a better time for catching the show as Teacher Lavina has been introducing the kids to the sea creatures in the underwater world this term! The show was approximately forty minutes and throughout the show, Lil' Angel kept asking me where's Nemo, where's the stingray, where's the jellyfish, where's the crab...quite loudly! I decided to get her some snacks when we watch the second show to keep her quiet.
The next show that we caught was "Bears". It was another forty minute show and this time, Lil' Angel was getting restless right from the beginning. She kept getting on and off her seat and trying to clamour onto the seats in front of her. I gave her Pocky but that only helped a little! The show featured Polar Bears, Grizzly Bears and Sun Bears. When the Grizzly Bears came on, Lil' Angel started singing "Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See?" pretty loudly! And being in the theatre for more than an hour, she got a little bored and started singing the ABC song! I had to cover her mouth just so that she wouldn't disturb the people near her! Guess it really wasn't a good idea to catch two shows consecutively! Should have known better that a two-year-old will not be able to sit quietly for two hours! Oh well...at least she did enjoy the shows!
