It's week four. This term, Lil' Angel seems to like playing with the stacking rings and building structures with the wooden cylindrical blocks...
Focusing on building a tower of cylindrical blocks...
And stacking the rings up...
Today's story is "I'm The Biggest Thing In The Ocean". It's about a bright blue giant squid that cruises through the ocean, proudly noting that he is bigger than all the creatures he encounters. From shrimp to shark, he repeats his refrain, "I'm bigger than..." But he was briefly dismayed when he was swallowed by a voracious whale (who has also swallowed up everyone else whole including the shark), the squid rallies by noting, I'm the biggest thing in this whale! It's a very simple and cute book...and the kids were thoroughly enjoying the story!
Teacher Lavina made the story even more interesting by telling the story with the help of the cut-out sea creatures!
Lil' Angel's Jelly Fish...
Art&Craft. The kids were asked to tear strips of colourful paper and paste it on the body of their jelly fish which they decorated last week...
A very pleased looking Lil' Angel during snack time!
Kindermusik. Lil' Angel playing with one of the instruments...
The kids are supposed to pass the instruments around...
The kids singing to Ring-Around-The-Rosies...
Lil' Angel's stamped feet. She took this picture herself!
