Lunch With Aunty Sheila & Uncle Martin...

Mommy is so happy cos her good friend, Aunty Sheila is in town for 18 days! Aunty Sheila migrated with her family to Denmark more than 10 years ago...and she's now happily married to Uncle Martin! Good thing is that Aunty Sheila does come back quite often...especially in the past 3 years...they have been back once a year!
Uncle Martin & Aunty Sheila!
We went for a Peranakan buffet lunch at Lion City Hotel. The food is good and the price is very reasonable! We reckon that Aunty Sheila misses food like popiah, mee siam, laksa, chendol etc. so this will be a good place to sample everything!

We are feeling stuffed!

Lil' Angel was in an extremely happy mood! And she was very well behaved during lunch too!
After lunch, we headed to Harvey Norman@Millenia Walk as they were having a year end sale. We are looking around for electronics/furniture/kitchenware for our new place which is going to be ready very soon!
Lots of Doughnuts To Make The Number 8!
There was an hourly special lucky draw that was on-going for the entire afternoon. We bought a refrigerator, which enabled us to take part in the draw. So Daddy said that we will be staying on the whole afternoon in case his name gets drawn! After waiting the entire afternoon, Daddy won a Pyrex roaster! However, that was not from the lucky draw but from the "Fill In The Missing Words" song contest that was held (part of the whole day event)! Daddy went up the stage to sing...but too bad Mommy and Lil' Angel were elsewhere shopping...so we missed Daddy up on the stage singing!

Uncle Martin took a picture of us when we were not ready!

Thanks for making our trip worth the long hours of flight and expenses :o)! Was glad to meet energetic Caitlyn at last after reading and seeing so many pictures of her on this blog :o).

Sorry to have missed Alvin singing, though ;o). What's a roaster, btw?
