While shopping at Ikea, we spotted a "Build & Decorate Your Own Gingerbread House" for sale. Oooohhhh..sounds like a good idea and lots of fun as well! So we purchased a house and thought that it will be a good idea to bring it to Uncle Joe's place for the X'mas party!
We are equipped with the necessary tools to build and decorate our house with...icing, nutella, honey, chocolates...
Daddy is in charge of building the house and Mommy will decorate it! But...the house is soooo difficult to build! The dynamics of it is all wrong! Firstly, it is so hard to join the walls together. Secondly, the gingerbread started to "sweat"...must be due to the humidity...so it went a little soft..
But Daddy the Builder still managed to get the house standing and fix the roof in place...
Tada! Our Gingerbread House is done! Now it's time for Mommy to show off her creativity...

And she blew the house down!!! Heheeee...actually she didn't Huff & Puff the house down. The House couldn't withstand the weight of the roof as the foundation was not even strong. It was a waste of time, effort & money...*sigh*...I think I will try my hand at baking Gingerbread Man next...
