SeaWorld...

Our first theme park stop in Orlando was SeaWorld! It was a hot and sunny day...just the right kind of weather for a visit to the water-based theme park.

I really don't understand the pricing of the tickets...buy a one-day ticket and you can upgrade it to a whole year pass. So who is going to buy the annual pass which is more expensive? And who is going to be silly enough to buy a one-day ticket and not upgrade? Surprisingly, I did see some people holding on to a one-day pass...duh! Obviously, yours truly is very smart...we got the one-day for one year ticket...so we can go again till the end of the year! Anybody wants to sponsor our air tickets and hotel stay?

There...our tickets!

The entrance to SeaWorld. The sea lions look real eh? Nah, they are not reeeeal...

Lil' Angel decided that she should have her nap first...

Ahhh, the water ride. Too bad I can't take it cos I have to be with the baby...

Oh look! I don't think the people really got wet cos the water splashed outwards...

And they think that they are so lucky to be dry on this water ride! Hey...what's this button beside me for?

Well...if you pay a quarter, you can press the button and water will spurt out from the geyser to the unsuspecting riders! Just look at them...they were caught off guard! Just to clarify...I'm not that mean...I didn't spray these guys...someone else did it!

In the auditorium. The people here are so thoughtful...they reserve seats for parents whose babies are asleep in their strollers...

See, we got priority seating...thanks to Lil' Angel!

Lil' Angel woke up in time to catch the animal show! And she was amused by this Hog!
Hmmm...something or someone seemed to have caught her attention...

It's Elmo & Friends!! They are starring in "Elmo & The Bookaneers!" show. In case you are wondering what a Bookaneer is...a Bookaneer is someone who loves Books!

Lil' Angel's favourite - Elmo!

The Monsters prancing and dancing and singing away!

Up close with Elmo and Cookie Monster!

E is for Elmo!

That is a polar bear!

These ladies on stilts are supposed to be parrots...
Shamu, the Killer Whale!

Lil' Angel's first ride on the carousel...and she enjoyed it!

We decided to get a caricature done for her...
Darn! The silly artist that did the caricature must be blind or can't draw for nuts! Look at how he drew Lil' Angel! Does she have such small slitty eyes?? Please don't stereotype all Chinese with such eyes! Or it could be Daddy...who told him to draw Lil' Angel smiling...but still...that doesn't mean that the eyes should be so small! And the drawing didn't even look like Caitlyn! Grrrr...USD27 down the drain!

Sigh...do bad things occur in pairs? The camera battery died on us after that! How can we not have pictures of the killer whales, dolphins and sea lions when we went all the way to SeaWorld??? Thank God for the one-day ticket to a one-year ticket...we can come back again!!

Ok, here we are...back again! And we got to take a picture with Shamu, SeaWorld's mascot.

And now for the real deal...the main show "Believe" by Shamu and his fellow killer whales!

Impressive!

Everyone cheering for the Star - Shamu!

Shamu is the BIGGEST killer whale in SeaWorld. His SPLASH got the audience in the first 15 rows (at least!) soaking WET!

Shamu posing for all of us!

The killer whales showing off their skills...
They can even do the backward flip!

Once again, the killer whales posing for the audiences...

Lil' Angel fell asleep halfway thru. Errr...Mommy...didn't we just see this show 3 days ago? Yeah, but we didn't have the camera then!

Off to see the polar bears!

Unfortunately, it decided to zzzzzz when we visited him. Look harder to spot the sleeping bear...

These bears will do just fine!

And here's another!

A sweet smile for a pretty background!

We went to watch the sea lion & walrus show next...

The sea lion performing some stunts...

And the walrus too...

What's Lil' Angel looking at?

Ahhhh...the penguins! There were so many of them!

And puffins too!

Sealions coming up next!

They are a noisy bunch!

Lil' Angel was very fascinated by them!

There are sharks lurking below us!

Since the sign said "Photo Spot"...we just had to take a picture here!

In the background are the dolphins...my favourite!

We are swimming with the dolphins...I wish!

So beautiful & graceful...

Lil' Angel pointing to the duck...she likes ducks!

I like SeaWorld...it's FUN!
