Pressies!

It seems like it is Lil' Angel's birthday every other week! Everyone has been showering her with pressies! Just last weekend, Grandma got for Lil' Angel more toys, books and DVDs (see above)...adding to her many toys and DVDs that she already has! Caitlyn dearie even owns a mobile phone! We'll soon need to have a playroom to keep all her toys! Grandma also bought so many nice clothes for Lil' Angel when she went Bangkok for holiday! You are really one lucky Angel, Caitlyn!

And to prove that I am not exaggerating that it's Lil' Angel's birthday every week, she was showered with more pressies on Friday from Aunty Ling! Aunty Ling went holidaying in Taiwan and got Lil' Angel the pressies above! Now...Mommy is really getting very jealous cos Mommy didn't get anything! Oh...yes, actually I did. Ling got me chocs when she went Switzerland...hehhee...at least I wasn't forgotten! Thanks gal!

Thank you everyone for being so generous and doting to Caitlyn dearie! She really loves all the pressies! We apologise if we did not manage to include all the pressies that she has received so far in our blog...cos if we were to include all...Blogspot will explode due to the many many many many postings and we don't want that to happen, do we? I'm sure you still want to read about Lil' Angel's adventures ya?

Third Mail!

Lil' Angel received her 3rd mail/ parcel on Tuesday...and this time, the mail came from Denmark! Aunty Sheila got her a very nice bib with lots of kitties printed on it and a personalized card just for Caitlyn dearest! Mommy is getting a little jealous cos Aunty Sheila used to write to Mommy but now...Mommy has been forgotten! Thank you Aunty Sheila for the lovely bib, I will use it when I eat my yummy cereal later! I will feed some cereal to the kitties too!

Grandma commented that Lil' Angel is only 4 months old but she has already received so many mails! Yeah, Daddy & Mommy agree too cos all we have are bills...

1st Month Party!

Hello Xavier! Lil' Angel attended yet another party today...it's her cousin Xavier's 1st month celebration! Yay...another playmate for Caitlyn dearie! This is the first time that they have met and boy...I can see how much Lil' Angel has grown in just 4.5 months looking at their size difference!

There must be something with the splishing and the splashing! Say "Splash!" and it gives Lil' Angel the tickles!

Weekday Shopping!

Caitlyn dearie is a happy girl today cos she got to go out as Mommy was on leave. We had lunch at Waraku @ Central Mall. Food was good and the view is fantastic as our table overlooked Clarke Quay!

Felt like a tourist...no need to work on a weekday and taking pictures at Clarke Quay! After that, we headed to Takashimaya as there is a Baby Fair and we got Lil' Angel more stuff! Hmmm...what's new rite??

Second Birthday Party!

It's Leon's 1st Birthday Party and Lil' Angel was invited! She's loves birthday parties - this is her 2nd party so far...and there are more to come! Caitlyn dearie gave Leon 2 books for his birthday cos His Mommy requested for them. Hubby dearest insisted that we should have gotten him a sword instead! Nah...Leon is definitely still too young to be playing with swords!

Leon had a really nice chocolate birthday cake but Lil' Angel could only see us enjoy the cake once again. Poor baby, she must be wondering just how many more birthday cakes she gotta see before she can finally try some!

Anyway, even if she can't have the cake, she can have some fun too! Look at our Lil' party animal!

And she made a new friend too! Don't they just look sweeeet together...

Shopping!

Semi-Solids!

Lil' Angel had her first taste of cereal on Saturday. We started her with organic brown rice cereal and it was her first time taking food from a spoon. She wasn't very used to it yet so half the cereal flowed out from her mouth. Well, at least she isn't rejecting the cereal so that's good!
Anyway, with Daddy & Mommy who love to eat soooo much, how could Lil' Angel be rejecting food ya?

Testing Waters...

Lil' Angel having her first taste of water in her new MagMag sippy cup on National Day. She could even hold the cup and drink the water herself! Clever girl!

National Day!

While everyone was celebrating National Day at the Esplanade, Wendy, Caitlyn & myself were celebrating not too far away at The Bar & Billiard @ Raffles Hotel. We were enjoying our high tea consisting of 3 racks of tantalising treats - eclairs, tarts, smoked salmon rolls, sandwiches...delicious! And not forgetting our cups of coffee, tea and hot chocolate...

As always, poor Lil' Angel could only watch us eat. But Aunty Wendy is the best! She gave Lil' Angel a National Day pressie, so Lil' Angel wasn't so sad that she couldn't enjoy the food. I mean, who cares about food when you have nicer things such as clothes and shoes right?? Thanks Wendy!

Lil' Angel is only 4 months old but look at the number of booties and shoes that she has accumulated! Even Mommy doesn't have that many...

Caitlyn dearie is very happy and touched that you have been such a faithful reader of our blog! So we decided to dedicate a post specially for you on this special occassion! Lil' Angel would so love to fly over (see above) to Copenhagen, Denmark to give you a BIG hug and kiss, but I told her that she has to wait till Aunty Sheila turns 30 before she can fly over as she is still too young now.

Favourite Pastime...

Watching tele is one of Lil' Angel's favourite pastime...look, she's enjoying her Baby Einstein DVD with Pooh & Tigger...

Second Mail!

Once again, Lil' Angel received another parcel in the mailbox on Thursday from none other than her favourite A-Gou, Adeline! She excitedly tore the envelope apart (ok...Mommy helped again) and in it were so many pretty clothes! Thank you A-Gou for always thinking of me even though you are so far away in Colorado.

A-Gou is so cute though. Before Lil' Angel was born, she bought so many tiny outfits from Carters...and I mean tiny cos the sizes were mostly newborn or 3 months and Cater's cutting is pretty small. So when Lil' Angel was born, she started growing so fast that she couldn't fit into the clothes pretty quickly. Mommy mentioned it to A-Gou and so this time, A-Gou got sizes between 18-24 months!!

Adeline...I think Caitlyn dearie will have to grow a little more before she can start wearing them. When I say she's big, I didn't mean this BIG! Hahahaahha! You better come back to visit Lil' Angel soon so that you will know just how big...or small she is...

First Movie - The Simpsons...

After a visit to the Simpsons on Saturday, Baby has been bugging me to watch the Simpsons movie. Oh, don't be mistaken...it's the Big Baby I'm referring to, not the small one. But since I was on leave on Thursday, the 3 of us decided to catch the movie at Vivo City, our favourite mall and cinema at the moment.

Lil' Angel was quite good and quiet throughout the movie. She wasn't terrified of the super LOUD noises from the advertisement and thrillers before the start of the movie. I'm not too sure if she enjoyed the movie or not but Hubby dearest and I did not like the show. Thought that the plot and humour were a tad silly. Hmmm...hope it's not a sign that we are getting old...
