Kids Loft Holiday Programme Day 3...

It's the last lesson today and Lil' Angel finally has no problem getting up early!

Today's story is "Room On The Broom". The story is about a good-natured witch and her contented, purring, cat flying through the air on a broomstick without a care in the world - until the wind blows away the witch's hat. When they fly down to retrieve the hat, a polite, helpful dog brings it to them and becomes another passenger on the broom. Throughout the book they also pick up a bird and a frog, making the broom very overcrowded. Then disaster strikes; the broom snaps in two causing the witch to become separated from her friends and a potential meal to a large red dragon.

The illustrations are fantastic and the story is great to read aloud - written with a wonderful sense of rhyme and rhythm making great use of repetition.

As usual, the kids were hooked!

Kids Loft Holiday Programme Day 2...

It's Day Two of the Holiday Program and Lil' Angel didn't have such a hard time getting up this morning! The story that Teacher Lavina is going to read to the kids today is "The Gruffalo"...

The Gruffalo is another interesting story about how a mouse managed to trick the Gruffalo into thinking that all the animals in the jungle are afraid of him even though he is just a small little mouse...causing the Gruffalo to be in awe of the mighty mouse! Lil' Angel loves The Gruffalo after Teacher Lavina read the story to them!

Our New House...Sneak Preview!

Finally...after more than five years of waiting for our new house...the estate is opened to the residences and public! Though we have not got our keys yet, we decided to make a trip down to check out the estate as well as our unit...guess we'll get to see our main door only...

Kids Loft Holiday Programme Day 1...

Teacher Lavina organised a 3-day holiday program and I signed Lil' Angel up for it since she's so fond of going to school. The only "problem" is that the class starts at 9:30am everyday...I do hope we can wake up and reach school on time!

I had a bit of difficulty waking Lil' Angel up this morning as she doesn't wake up so early usually! I had to keep saying we are going to Kids Loft before she finally sprang out of bed!

Today's story is Monkey Puzzle. It's about a Lil' Monkey who lost his Mommy and the Butterfly helps him to find his Mommy! A very cute story indeed! Lil' Angel enjoyed the story very much!

Friendship Day...

It's almost like Friendship Day today! We met up with so many people!

First, we had lunch with GodMaMa and Aunty Jane at Holland V. That's me with GodMama!

Then we adjourned to Aunty Jane's place nearby so that we can play with Baby Zac. I like to play with Baby Zac, but I like his Daddy the best!

After that, we walked over to Aunty Adeline's because I insisted on playing with Lil' Leon!

We practically spent the whole day at Holland Village today!
