Aunty Adeline was on half day leave today so she met Mommy for lunch at The Queen & Mangosteen...

First Family Picture!

Nicole & Natalie Jie Jie and family came over to our place today. Lil' Angel was so happy to see her cousins! Yi Yi helped us to take our first Family Picture...finally we have a family picture! Baby Evan arrived two and a half months ago...this is how long we took to take our FIRST Family Picture! But then again, he was in NICU initially...

First Ballet Lesson...

After watching an episode or two of Angelina the Ballerina, Lil' Angel became very interested in ballet. We asked her if she wanted to go for ballet lessons and she said she did so Grandma sourced for ballets schools and enrolled her in the Ballet & Music School.

A few days prior to the first lesson, Grandma got the ballet leotard, tutu and accessories for Lil' Angel. She was so excited and happy that she insisted on wearing the ballet outfit and started dancing for everyone to see!

After her first ballet lesson, she loved it so much that she was already looking forward to the next lesson!

Toilet Trained!

Lil' Angel is already three years and four months, yet she still does her BIG and small business in her diapers most of the time! We have been persuading her to use the toilet but it really depends on her mood. And I have no doubt that she can feel and control her bladder but she just loves to poop and pee in her diapers!

Recently, she has been very interested in ballet so Grandma signed her up for ballet class. We asked Lil' Angel if she wanted to be a Ballerina or Diaperina...and kept teasing her. We told her that Ballerinas don't wear diapers...and that everyone will laugh!

Well...it worked! A few days later, she decided to get rid of her diapers and there have been no accidents to date...maybe just once when she couldn't make it to the toilet bowl in time...she wet the toilet.

Finally, Lil' Angel is off diapers in the day and during her naps, but Mommy still doesn't dare to let her go diaperless at night...just in case she wets the bed!

I am thankful that she is toilet trained...if not, we will have to spend so much on diapers for both kids...and it's literally money down the drain!

National Day Celebration....

The Kindergarten had their National Day Celebration today and the kids were asked to dressed in red and white...

Lil' Angel wore this outfit to school. She seems to be pretty excited about National Day and sings "Singapura" and some other national songs. How patriotic! And she will tell everyone that the Singapore Flag has 5 stars and a crescent moon.

Aunty Sheila Comes to Visit...

Aunty Sheila, Mommy's good friend flew all the way from Denmark to visit us. It's true! One of the reasons why she chose to come to Singapore for her holiday again (she was here last November) is because she wanted to see Mommy and make sure that she's alright. So sweet right? Mommy is so touched...

And when Mommy told Aunty Sheila that she was craving for curry chicken when Aunty Sheila visited 3 days ago, she actually went to Little India to get the curry spices and brought them over to cook curry chicken for our whole family!

Lil' Joelle Comes to Visit...
